What is Revere Health Choice?

Revere Health Choice is a MassHealth Plan.

You get all the same health plan features you have from MassHealth, plus you get additional benefits as a Revere Health Choice member.

With access to programs and services at no additional cost to manage health issues like asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, depression, and anxiety, you'll have the support and resources you need to manage your physical health, behavioral health, and social service needs.

Revere Health Choice may also support you in finding local social services like transportation, clothing, housing, food, and more.

Over-the-counter COVID-19 Tests

Effective immediately, Revere Health Choice coverage includes over-the-counter COVID-19 tests. You do not need a prescription. A licensed pharmacist can dispense at your pharmacy. In addition, you can receive four COVID-19 tests per household from the federal government. To order your tests go to COVIDtests.gov.

How do I update my primary care provider?

MassHealth customer service should be contacted if you need to change the location where you see your doctor. MassHealth may be having a heavy call volume so you may experience a longer wait time. MassHealth can be reached at 1-800-841-2900. Even though Revere Health Choice is not able to make this change for you, we are here if you have other questions please call us at 1-855-860-4949.

How can I find out which hospitals and specialists to go to?

You can go to all hospitals and specialists that accept MassHealth. To find a hospital or specialist go to MassHealth’s Provider Directory: https://masshealth.ehs.state.ma.us/providerdirectory/

Are my benefits changing?

No, your MassHealth benefits stay the same. Revere Health Choice also offers wellness programs and a team of people to help you get the care you need. Will this change cost me money?

No.

Can I keep my doctor?

Yes. You will continue to receive care from your primary care doctor because your doctor is part of Revere Health Choice.

If I’m happy with my doctor, what do I have to do next?

Good news – if you’re happy, do nothing!

Who can I talk to if I want to switch doctors?

Revere Health Choice has over 3,000 doctors. In addition to doctors, our nurses, social workers, and pharmacists are here to listen to your needs and provide the very best care. If you would like to find a new doctor, please call: 1-855-860-4949.

Will I get a new member ID card?

You will keep your current MassHealth ID card (the card with the picture of Massachusetts on it), and you’ll also receive a member ID card from Revere Health Choice. Starting March 1, please bring both cards to all of your appointments.

How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information by calling Revere Health Choice’s Member Services department at: 1-855-860-4949. We also encourage you to call MassHealth customer service at 1-800-841-2900 so MassHealth has your correct information.
